Training Program

Defensive Program

Players take part in 12-20 week training program (Nov-April) based on their age (10u-18u) focused on defense, pitching, offense, and mental aspects of the game. Training includes many drills and routines developed based on the skills needed to play at the youth, high school, and collegiate level. Mechanics are based on the individual player. Players are taught to evaluate their struggles through the season and improve from there. Players will also have the option to participate in our Speed, Agility & Strength program ran by Raw Talent Sports and the well known Driveline Baseball Velocity Program (Sep-Nov)

Offensive Program

Players will take part in the “Pure Hitting” Program. This is a thirteen-week program, which develops their offensive hitting skills and mental approach. The first part of the program will be establishing the fundamentals of hitting. These areas include; developing an athletic position, stride, load, landing position, swing plane, contact, extension, and finish. Offensive mechanics will be based on the individual player, and will include fundamentals necessary to be successful at the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional level. The second part of the program will focus on the mental approach to hitting. The players will learn offensive strategy and how to develop their own hitting routine. This will help them enhance their performance and learn their strengths and weaknesses. The third part of the program will focus on teaching them how to evaluate their performance At bat by At bat, and techniques to overcome their struggles throughout a season. PLEASE SEE OUR "PURE HITTING" tab on the main bar for a full detailed explanation on the Pure Hitting Program.
